So exactly who is Stephen E. White ?

Stephen E. White was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 31, 1950 to Marion W. White and LaVerda B. White. He was the second son of what would be a family of four sons. After graduation from high school in 1968 he attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in 1972. His education continued after entering the life insurance business in May of 1972 with Charted Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations in 1990 and 2005 respectively and is still very active in the business. He is also a registered representative with Axa-Equitable.

Mr. White married Susan Vivian (whom he is pictured with above) on February 13, 1971. They have five children and twenty-one grandchildren (and counting). The family has been and is an active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or Mormons, if you prefer.

Mr. White is an ordained Elder, High Priest, and Bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has held many callings in the Church all of his life as has Mrs. White. They are dedicated members of their Church, loving and nosy parents and grandparents, and grateful citizens of the United States of America.

Stephen and Susan live in the heart of Bluegrass Country in Versailles, Kentucky and have roots there that go back for generations in the state. The 1790 census of Kentucky includes many members of the White family. They are Kentuckians by the choice and birth. While raising his children he has seen many changes in the country he loves and the state he cherishes and the talks in this book reflect his concerns about the effect on our lives and children?s lives if we do not continue to do what is right and in keeping with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
