Donald, a sixth generation native Kentuckian and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, is married to the former Deborah D. Carl. They are the proud parents of five children and have seven grandchildren. His work has been included in books by other authors and publications, such as The Kentucky Encyclopedia, and the Kentucky Explorer. Owner of Resource Granite Sales of Lexington Kentucky, Don is a strong conservative. He and Deborah make their home in Nicholasville, Kentucky in the heart of the Bluegrass region.

Join Kevin Gibson for a presentation/reading of The Liberation of Crystal Hill at the New Albany Floyd County Library on Tuesday, November 15 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Gibson’s book The Liberation of Crystal Hill, is about a Civil War-era ghost that wreaks havoc on a small Indiana town. Sure, Halloween is over, but it’s still fun to be scared.
